DHARMIK GANDHI - CO FOUNDER
Dharmik Gandhi is the Co-Founder of Root Engineering Academy with over 10 years of experience in the industrial automation industry. He has worked across multiple sectors including water treatment systems, pharmaceutical automation, electroplating plants, SPM machines, parking automation systems, and process industries. After gaining strong hands-on industry experience, he ventured into entrepreneurship and has been successfully operating his own automation business for the past 7 years, along with managing an in-house electrical panel manufacturing unit. His practical industry expertise and business-driven approach play an important role in building industry-ready automation professionals.
ANIKET PAWASKAR - CO FOUNDER
Aniket Sir brings over 12 years of rich experience in the automation industry with strong expertise in SPM (Special Purpose Machines), packaging automation, and industrial process systems. Throughout his professional journey, he has worked on multiple industrial automation projects and gained valuable exposure while working with leading pharmaceutical and packaging environments including projects associated with Cipla and blister packaging systems. His deep technical understanding, industry-oriented approach, and real-world project exposure help students gain practical insights aligned with current industrial requirements.
SHRIKANT KSHIRSAGAR - LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Shrikant Sir serves as the Head Lecturer and Technical Mentor at Root Engineering Academy. He has been associated with Freastal Automation for the last 4 years, actively contributing to various industrial automation projects involving electroplating plants, water distribution systems, and field-level automation solutions. Along with leading the technical training division, he works closely with on-ground engineering teams and is actively involved in resolving real-time client automation challenges, breakdown handling, and front-end technical support. His practical problem-solving approach and live industrial exposure provide students with hands-on knowledge beyond classroom learning.
